We accept returns and exchanges within 3 days of delivery. After this period, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

✅ Return Eligibility

  • The item must be in its original condition (unused, unwashed, and with original packaging/tags).
  • The return request must be made within 3 days of receiving the product.

💸 Who Pays the Return Cost?

🟢 Brand’s Mistake – We Pay
If the issue is caused by us (e.g., wrong item, size, color, or defective product), Always Wear will bear all return shipping costs.

🔵 Customer’s Reason – You Pay
If the product is correct as per order, but you want to:

  • Request a different color, size, or variant
  • Return because you don’t like the item
  • Return for personal reasons

Then, the customer will bear the return shipping charges.

⚠️ Non-Returnable Items

  • Used or damaged items not caused by our error
  • Products returned after the 3-day window
  • Items without original packaging

🕘 Processing Time

Once we receive your return, please allow 3–5 business days for inspection and processing. Approved returns will be eligible for:

  • Exchange (subject to stock availability)
